Oregon's bill banning medical mandates and immunity passports died in committee.
Oregon's SB383, which would have barred required vaccinations and immunity passports, died in committee in 2025, as did a bill limiting minors' health care decisions without parents. A 2026 bill to label lab-grown and plant-based protein products also failed.
