Welcome to USCODR.org, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) initiatives by creating councils composed of leaders from diverse sectors to promote health, wellness, and advocacy across communities. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our programs, use of our website (USCODR.org), engagement with our councils, and receipt of communications, including SMS/MMS messaging. By accessing our website, participating in our programs, joining a council, or opting into our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in our programs, use our website, or receive our communications. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy (USCODR.org/privacy) for SMS messaging and other data practices, which you should also review.
1. About USCODR.org and Our Mission
USCODR.org is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that works to improve public health and wellness by forming councils of leaders who collaborate on the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) initiatives. These councils bring together individuals and organizations from various sectors, including healthcare, policy, education, and community advocacy, to develop strategies, share resources, and promote health-focused policies and practices. Our activities include:

3. Participation in MAHA Councils
Our core program involves creating and supporting councils of leaders to advance the MAHA initiatives. By participating in a council, you agree to the following terms:

Council Membership:

Council members are selected based on their expertise, leadership, and commitment to the MAHA initiatives, as determined by USCODR.org.

Membership is voluntary and does not create an employment or contractual relationship with USCODR.org, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Members are expected to act in good faith, collaborate respectfully, and align with the mission of promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Attend council meetings, events, or activities as agreed upon during onboarding.

Contribute ideas, expertise, or resources to advance MAHA initiatives, consistent with USCODR.org’s goals.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during council activities, as outlined in any applicable nondisclosure agreements.

Conduct:

Engage in professional, respectful, and lawful behavior during all council activities.

Refrain from actions that could harm USCODR.org’s reputation, mission, or other council members.

Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to USCODR.org promptly.

Termination of Membership:

USCODR.org may terminate council membership at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms, disruptive behavior, or actions contrary to our mission.

USCODR.org operates a 10DLC-compliant SMS/MMS messaging program to communicate with supporters about MAHA initiatives, events, advocacy, and fundraising. By opting into our messaging program, you agree to:
