Minnesota bill would end the conscientious belief exemption to school immunizations
A 2026 Minnesota Senate bill would have prohibited immunization exemptions based on conscientiously held beliefs; it did not pass before the session ended. Other bills that stalled would have protected people who refuse medical interventions for reasons of conscience, ended water fluoridation, allowed raw milk sales, licensed home kitchens, labeled cell-cultured food, covered home births under Medical Assistance, and created a transactional gold and silver act.
No upcoming Minnesota events listed yet. We add rallies, public hearings, board meetings and other ways to show up as we find them. Know of one? Tell us.
