Repeal pass-through entity income tax
Relates to the elimination of income taxes on pass-through entities. Referred to the Finance committee in June 2026.
Families and small businesses should keep more of what they earn.
Library material access and minors
Relates to access to library material and to affirmative defenses for offenses involving distribution of indecent material to minors.
The bill touches both parents' role in what children see and free expression, so CODR is watching it.
Fluoride in public water and supplements
Relates to prescription fluoride supplements, the practice of pharmacy, and fluoride in public water systems.
People should be able to decide what goes into their own bodies, so CODR is watching how this bill treats fluoridated water.
Update Alaska’s midwifery licensing board
Relates to the practice of midwifery and apprentice midwives, renames the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives as the Board of Licensed Midwives, extends its termination date, and relates to insurance.
Families need continued access to direct-entry midwives and home birth, so CODR is watching how this bill changes the board.
