Exempts a child from school or college vaccine requirements if a parent submits a letter or affidavit stating which vaccines were declined for religious, philosophical, or conscientious reasons. Parents should be able to decline vaccines that conflict with their beliefs without losing access to school.
Provides that the State Board of Health shall not require public water systems to fluoridate water or install fluoridation equipment. People should choose for themselves whether to take fluoride rather than receive it through the water supply.
