End conscience exemptions to school vaccines
Would prohibit use of an immunization exemption based on conscientiously held beliefs. Parents, not the state, should make vaccine decisions for their children, and conscience exemptions protect that right.
Ban discrimination for refusing medical interventions
Would prohibit discrimination against a person who refuses certain medical interventions for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions. No one should lose a job or service for declining a medical procedure on grounds of conscience or faith.
End fluoride in public water
Would prohibit adding fluoride to public drinking water. People should choose for themselves whether to take fluoride, not receive it through the tap.
Exempt all from COVID-19 vaccine mandates
Exempts all persons, including health care and emergency services personnel, from COVID-19 vaccine requirements. It failed in 2025. No one should have to accept a vaccine to keep their job or serve their community.
Prohibit fluoridation of public water
Prohibits fluoridation of the public water supply. It failed in 2025. People should choose for themselves whether to consume fluoride rather than having it added to everyone’s water.
Protect medical vaccine exemptions for school
Relates to the protection of medical exemptions from immunizations required for school attendance. Children with medical reasons to skip a vaccine should keep their place in school.
Protect medical freedom
Relates to mandating or compelling individuals to undergo medical procedures, including vaccination. No one should be compelled to undergo a medical procedure against their will.
Let patients choose their blood donor
Establishes an individual’s right to select a willing blood donor, including directed and autologous donations. It also protects physicians who facilitate those donations. Patients should have a say in what goes into their own bodies.
Ban vaccine status checks at public buildings
Would prohibit the use of vaccine status to determine admission to public buildings. No one should be shut out of public buildings because of their medical choices.
