Enacts the Tennessee Fluoride-Free Water Act, prohibiting public water systems from adding fluoride and banning sales of bottled water with added fluoride. It also requires action when naturally occurring fluoride exceeds certain levels.

People should choose for themselves whether to consume fluoride rather than having it added to everyone’s water.
