Would prohibit state Medicaid payments to facilities that discriminate against employees, students, or trainees for exercising lawful medical or religious vaccine exemptions. Referred to interim study. No one should lose a job or education for using a lawful exemption.
Directs the department of health and human services to provide notice of medical and religious exemptions from immunization requirements, and addresses notice of drug pricing options. Families should be clearly told about the exemptions available to them.
