Keep mRNA vaccines voluntary
The bill provides for a voluntary mRNA vaccine requirement, waivers and informed consent, penalties for employers and entities, and Pennsylvania National Guard requirements. No one should be pressured into an mRNA vaccine to keep a job or serve.
Informed consent for blood transfusions
