Creates the Clean Air and Geoengineering Prohibition Act, banning the release of atmospheric contaminants into Wyoming airspace as specified and authorizing state monitoring and cease and desist orders. It failed in 2026.

End property tax on homes
Proposes a constitutional amendment eliminating property tax assessment on residential property. It failed in 2026.
