Arizona's governor vetoed a ban on vaccine and mask mandates and a parents' bill of rights update
In the 2026 session, the legislature passed bills banning vaccination and mask mandates and adding remedies to the parents' bill of rights, and both were vetoed. Bills to ban a central bank digital currency, end fluoridation, ban weather modification, and stop discrimination over vaccination status did not pass before the session ended.
